Course description
Welcome to Introduction to Machine Learning!
This webpage will be the main portal for the course. Most things you need will be available here. The exceptions are:
- PDF of slides and optional tutorial materials: available on Scientia
- Announcements and questions/answers/discussions: on EdStem
Classes
The live interactive session will be conducted fully remotely.
The lab session will be conducted fully on-site.
Guided Study Materials
Please go through the study materials before the live interactive session.
Live interactive session
The live interactive session will run on Thursdays 10:00-11:00 UK time remotely on Microsoft Teams, from Week 2 onwards.
If you would like to join the remote meeting from campus, Huxley 308 and the main lab (Huxley 219) have been reserved for you.
Lab
The lab sessions will be held on Tuesdays 14:00-16:00 UK Time, also from Week 2 onwards. This will be held fully on site across all Computing labs on Huxley level 2 (202/206/210/219/221/225).
The lab sessions are for you to work on your coursework and the optional lab exercises. Tutorial helpers will be available to support you and help you with any queries.
