Piazza
We will use Piazza as our primary mode of communication.
Piazza is an online forum and is the primary place where you can seek help for this course outside scheduled hours.
You will be automatically enrolled onto Piazza if you are officially registered for the course. You will receive an email confirmation from Piazza. Please get in touch with us otherwise.
We encourage you to ask questions on Piazza (rather than sending us emails) and to answer each other’s questions where appropriate, so that you can learn from and help each other.
We will deliberately leave questions unanswered for at least one working day to give other students the chance to answer.
General questions will be fielded by the Tutorial Helpers on Piazza from Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
Coursework-related questions are answered on Piazza up to two days before the coursework deadline, so that the answer will become available in time for submission.
We cannot provide answers to questions that directly solve part of the coursework or exam-style questions.
Piazza is an external service and does not run on College login credentials. For (hopefully obvious) security reasons, you should not use your college password for this service.
